A Little Main Street Real Estate History: Main Street Real Estate has been in existence since 1980 when Broker John Felling started the agency in Sauk Centre. The original name for the company was ERA Farm and Home Realty with the main office stationed in Willmar and a branch located in Sauk Centre. In the late 1980’s the ERA franchise was dropped and the present company name was formed. The location for the original company was on the 600 block of south Main Street. That location remained the home for Main Street Real Estate until the company moved to its present location, at 508 Main Street, in the summer of 1998.
Main Street Real Estate today: The company consists of Peter Nelson- Operating Broker/Owner, John Felling- a Broker, and Ben Felling- a Licensed Agent. The company is proud to be a part of the community, and has been active in many organizations and members of the Sauk Centre Chamber of Commerce.
